Our staff is the foundation on which our success at Especially Kids has been built. We selectively screen potential candidates, looking for just the right fit. We search for care providers who exhibit a sincere love for children, are nurturing, dependable and can communicate effectively with parents. All potential candidates undergo a criminal background check and drug testing prior to consideration.
Low Turnover Our goal has been to find the long-term employee, interested in growing their career in child development. Our results have been fantastic. We experience very low turnover for our industry and the average tenure of our staff is over 3 years.
Ongoing Training Every member of our staff has certifications in first aid, CPR and universal precautions. We also require that our teachers spend 13 credit hours annually on professional growth and development courses.
